When making an eye check up to make crystal clear. How much it costs . As it didn't show this on the line journey or even double check when you turn up for the eye appointment how much it is going to be or if free etc . Also that you request half payments when ordering glasses that isn't advised .

I did not like the way one member of staff discussed the fact that I was being referred to my GP and then the hospital in front of everyone in the waiting area. This is surely a confidential matter which the optometrist had already discussed with me in the privacy of her consulting room.
